6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Present Body Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. Refunds and Returns
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to all purchases. Please see our separate Refund Policy for complete details. Products are not returnable; refunds are issued without requiring product return.

Tea Products: Our botanical tea blends are food products produced in a cottage food operation in compliance with the Texas Cottage Food Law. Consume only as directed. Discontinue use if you experience any adverse reactions.
Skincare Products: Our skincare products are for external use only. Perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.
Allergies: Review all ingredient lists carefully. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to our products.
