At Present Body Co, we stand behind our botanical tea blends and skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the product price within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to request a refund
Email presentbodyco@gmail.com or call (512) 677-9602 within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for your request. No product return is required. You may keep or responsibly dispose of the product.

When you’ll be refunded
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

What is refunded
Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges.

Limits
This guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product. We reserve the right to decline requests that appear to misuse the guarantee.

Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will make it right.
