At Present Body Co, we are committed to getting your botanical tea blends and skincare products to you safely and efficiently.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Standard Shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Priority Shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days where available. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Present Body Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at presentbodyco@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at presentbodyco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Present Body Co is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Present Body Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at presentbodyco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at presentbodyco@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Product Care During Shipping
Our products are carefully packaged to withstand normal shipping conditions. Tallow-based skincare products may soften in warm temperatures during transit. This does not affect product quality. If your balm arrives soft, simply place it in a cool location and it will return to its normal consistency. Tea products are packaged to maintain freshness during shipping.
